Elizabeth might have already been for a short walk this morning. But this walk was for the purpose of seeing what she could photograph for her workshop and Janet was coming with.

So, after the fun at the beach workshop, she headed back to the cabin to pick up her camera once more.

"Honey, you'll never look silly to me," Elizabeth assured her, leaning down to brush her lips against Janet's.

Janet smiled and backed up until they were at the edge of her bed. "You're sure about this?" she asked, glancing down at her nightstand.

Elizabeth followed her glance, biting her lip slightly before nodding firmly. "Absolutely."

"So who's going to, um--" Janet blushed a little. "Get the handcuffs put on first?" She sat down lightly on the bed and scooted back so she was leaning against the wall.

Elizabeth blushed herself, sitting and moving next to Janet. "Um. I don't know. It was your idea; you can choose."

"Would you mind? Going first, that is." Janet glanced over at Liz. She leaned against Liz.

"Okay then," Elizabeth whispered softly.

Janet tilted her head and leaned over and up to press a gentle kiss to Liz's mouth. "If it helps," said, grinning wryly. "I've been known to use medical restraints quite safely before now."

Elizabeth giggled slightly. "Not for the same purposes, I'd hope!"

Janet shook her head. "Definitely not." And, thinking of who she'd had to use them on, she shook her head again. "Absolutely not. No. Never."

Elizabeth just raised her eyebrows, before leaning down to kiss her softly again. "Okay."

Janet blushed. "I feel silly, being nervous about this. Especially given everything we've done in our lives."

"You're not the only one feeling nervous - not by a long shot," Elizabeth assured her. "And we may have done a lot of other things, but um. Not like this."

"I'm glad it's not just me." Janet met Liz's eyes. "That's true. Never anything like this." She glanced at the padded cuffs on the nightstand, and then back at Liz. "So, um. How did you want to do this? I think your arms above your head while laying down would be the most comfortable."

"I, um, guess that would work," Elizabeth said, biting her lip slightly as she moved to lie down.

Janet bent down to kiss Liz, her hands moving to cup Liz's face. "I'll stop any time," she whispered. "Promise."

"I know you will," Elizabeth said softly, tangling her hands in Janet's hair. "I trust you."

Janet smiled then, turning her head to kiss the inside of Liz's wrist. "All right, then."

Elizabeth ran her fingers through Janet's hair, before lifting her hands delicately above her head. "I'm all yours."

"Mmm." Janet took a minute to study Liz. "You're beautiful."

Elizabeth blushed slightly, smiling shyly up at her.

Janet reached for the cuffs on the nightstand and fastened them carefully around Liz's wrists. "Too tight?" she asked.

Elizabeth bit her lip nervously, her heart racing, as she watched Janet. She shook her head slightly.

Janet reached out and trailed her fingertips softly down Liz's cheek. "Good. So we'll start slow." She let her fingers slide lower, down the curve of Liz's throat and tracing the swell of her breast.
