Weekend rundown.
Oct. 9th, 2005 09:50 pmHomecoming was interesting, to say the least. Parker, Sam and I managed to convince Janet to come to the Homecoming dance. Charlie escorted us both
I didn't drink, so went nowhere near the punch.
Parker was being nice all evening. Which was very, very scary and worried me. (For the record, Charlie's bandana was also rather scary!)
I chatted with Sam about various things, which someone descended into a conversation about robotic sheep. Really. Nowhere near the punch. I alsodanced with Charlie
Cally won Homecoming Queen! That was cool! And Professor Cregg doing The Jackal? Wow!
Yesterday, I took slow. Just hung about in the dorm with work and the like.
Last night, however, was interesting. walking Sedge, I ran into Professor Cregg We chatted, and I went back with her to her apartment while she did some packing. I was able to ask her about her time in the West Wing, and she later offered to write me a letter of recommendation for Berkeley. An unfortunate slip of the tongue ended up first me correcting my teacher's grammar and then having this awkward question
I ran into Professor Cregg this morning as well. I actually walked back with her after Mass It's been a long time since I've stepped foot in a church. It brought back a lot of memories.
Janet? I went to the clinic this morning and got my vaccinations all updated, like you told me to.
And now I'm not really doing much. I know I should be doing some work... But Origins in Death is sitting on my desk, half finished and mocking me. So I'm going to curl up with that instead *grins*
